Ralph came to us with 22 years experience in the construction field including experience in carpentry, electrical, plumbing, concrete, extruded metal, masonry and operation of heavy equipment. Ralph has become a valuable and loyal asset to House and Renner. Ralph has been a member of the Blue Springs / Grain Valley community with many friends and family residing in the area.
Role Responsibilities and Value:
Ralph's value to the company includes carpentry skills, use of all tools of the trade. He has also become an excellent tile setter. Ralph works well independently or as a team member. Ralph is very detail oriented and provides customers that added value to the jobs he oversees. Ralph has been part of the House and Renner family for 8 years and has been an important part of the growth we have recognized. Ralph is personable and the customers he works with enjoy being around him as they should. He has been part of some beautiful and award winning renovations.Relevant Experience: 29 Years (8 with H&R)
