Josh Ward comes to House and Renner from Meyer Complete where he was a Sales/Project Manager. Josh brings with him extensive residential construction knowledge from his previous work at TE Woods for 10 years where he was a superintendent foreman overseeing multiple building projects simultaneously. His responsibilities include budgeting, project procurement, scheduling, material ordering, quality control, subcontractor selection, contract documents, as well as residential site safety management.
Relevant Experience: Josh brings a 11 years of pertinent construction experience background to his position with House and Renner. His experience with a top residential builder as well as exposure to the light commercial arena will be beneficial to the customers he represents.
Value to Client: Josh's hands on experience provides insight to actual construction methods and standards which must be used to complete many of today's projects. Josh has excellent interpersonal skills which are valuable in the sales environment. Josh's field experience provides excellent leadership and immediate respect to our field personnel.
